For those who don't know, 'Super Robot Wars' is a long running series of video games from Japan that combines the plot, robots and characters of various Japanese Mecha Series into one game. Why long running? Because the very first game in the series came out in 1991 for the gameboy. And there would be at least one SRW title every year. The franchise has had a title in every console/portable and it continues to stay popular in Japan.

The game seems a bit of alright, but I think it is too risky for the YDL gaming channel. It kind of looks like transformers and if it doesn't appeal to the top three YouTube countries, USA, UK and Canada I think it is code red for trolling. Sadly if something isn't first person shooter or Minecraft there's a lot of trolling invloved. I might be wrong since I'm not a gamer but that is what it somewhat seems to be to me.

Yeah, I agree with you. Gamers in the USA, UK and Canada are too into FPS games to care about other game genres let alone a series of RTS games that involve an understanding of mecha anime and Japanese language.

But it seems that this game is most popular in the East then in the West. Perhaps the YDL gaming channel can have a channel devoted to gamers in the East?

There is no title for the PC. All titles are either on consoles or emulators.

The only translated games in the series are SRW3, J, Alpha Gaiden, OG1 & OG2.

The rest are all in Japanese.
