Chatbox not working? Maybe make a live chat?

Hiii,
It's me again
So I saw that the "Chatbox" at the bottom of the site isn't working, when will it work?
And isn't it better to name it like "Livechat"? And to put it somewhere in a visible place?
Maybe like on the left or right side of the site? Because with the live chat the members will talk about their channels, exchange stuff, and just talk and have fun?
What do you think?

I think FrozenBrainzWar3 would've realized that he would need to log in to chat because he is typing this though and the same goes for me.

You have to hit log in in the corner of the chat box even if u r logged in.
